Returns & Exchanges

we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. you may return your order for a refund. accepts online returns of non-sale, unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of your order receipt. due to company policy, swimwear, underwear and intimates are final sale. all refunds will be applied to the original payment method. if you return a package that does not meet these criteria, it will be denied. all denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. for more information, please contact our customer service department.

please note that we can only process returns for merchandise purchased at merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

how to return

  1. to ensure accurate processing, please contact customer service at  please note that we cannot process exchanges at this time. your rma number will be sent to you via email once your request has been authorized. include your original order receipt inside your return package.
  2. we recommend that you choose a shipping service that allows you to track your package and that you insure your package. we are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit or not received by us.
  3. please note that we cannot reimburse the shipping cost of your return, unless the return is due to an error in our fulfillment or a defect in the garment.


return notifications

once we receive your return package, you will be sent an email notifying you of your return. please note that this email will be sent to the email address provided on your original order.

your return credit will be placed on the original form of payment and will appear on your next statement (generally 10-14 days depending on your bank).
